Hard Alliance, a partner of Real Hardstyle

Introduction

At Hard Alliance, we are committed to protecting your privacy and respecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

We collect the following types of data:

  • Anonymous usage data: We collect aggregated, anonymized statistics about website usage (e.g. page visits, time on site). This data does not identify you personally.
  • Email addresses (voluntary): If you subscribe to our newsletter or opt in when pre-saving a release on Spotify, we collect your email address to send you updates and news from Hard Alliance. We may also record how you signed up (for example, newsletter footer or a specific release page) and the date you opted in.

Legal basis

We process your email address for newsletters and similar updates only when you give us clear consent (for example by subscribing or ticking an opt-in box). You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to run our website and deliver emails. They process personal data on our behalf and only as we instruct them.

  • Brevo (Brevo SAS, France) — stores subscriber contact details and sends our newsletters and marketing emails. Brevo acts as our data processor under the GDPR. See Brevo’s privacy policy for how they handle data.

We do not

  • Track users across websites.
  • Collect or store any sensitive personal data.
  • Sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How we use your data

We use your data only for the following purposes:

  • To understand general trends and improve our website and services.
  • To manage our mailing list and send occasional newsletters to subscribers who have opted in, using Brevo as our email platform.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any marketing email from us, or by contacting us (see Your rights). Unsubscribing is also processed through Brevo.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data (we will remove your contact from Brevo and our systems where applicable).
  • Withdraw your consent at any time (e.g. unsubscribe from the newsletter).
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we have not handled your data lawfully.

To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within one month, as required by the GDPR.
